To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify your cancellation decision by means of an unambiguous declaration stating your wish to cancel sent to NICOLLE JOAN (for instance by email: skapamoda@gmail.com).

You have the right to cancel without giving a reason IF the process of making your items hasn't started yet. It's very important that the communication of cancellation it's stated between 1 to 2 days after making your order. 

All orders make take up to two weeks for the process to complete. 

The options of delivery are pick-up in the studio or shipped by carrier. Hours of pick-up have to be arrange 48 before with NICOLLE JOAN by email.

IF production of your piece has already began, your return policy automatically changes to a store credit with SKAPA. 

You will only be held liable for damage to the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and good working order of this product.
